bomb hoax at google office

An anonymous bomb threat call triggered panic at the Google office at Cyberabad area in Hyderabad on Friday.
However, nothing suspicious was found at the office and the call turned out to be a hoax.
The phone call was received by the company at its Google Mega office located on Kondapur road here, after which it alerted the local police.
Police immediately swung into action and thoroughly searched the building. A dog squad and a bomb disposal squad were pressed into service and the entire area was sanitised, a police official attached to Madhapur police said.
"Nothing suspicious was found at the building," he said.
Later, company spokesperson said "We received an anonymous bomb threat call earlier today at our office.
The Google office was immediately evacuated and all employees are safe. The local police after a thorough check of the premises declared it safe.
