Nearly half a dozen ministers of the Y S Rajasekhara Reddy Cabinet and at least 12 Indian Administrative Service officers in Andhra Pradesh will face judicial inquiry into what has become popular as the "Big Fish Scandal" in which several hundred crores of public funds have been siphoned off
